Nikita Sankeshwar Gorde

The delicate balance of mentoring someone is not creating them in your own image but giving them an opportunity to create themselves. That’s what Nikita Sankeshwar Gorde does at Vow For Wow Image Management & Training Solutions, after spending nearly 14 years in the telecom service industry.

With an urge to stand out & do things differently, Nikita has inherent the leadership quality since childhood. Giving away regular fields such as engineering & medicine, she pursued fashion designing to explore her creative side & completed her diploma in Apparel Manufacture & Design from S.N.D.T, Juhu-Mumbai as well as another diploma in Textile Designing from Nirmala Niketan Polytechnic, Mumbai.

With designing giving her a seasonal business, she soon shifted interest to telecom industry where she served for over a decade, thus giving her immense corporate experience.

Nikita’s urge to get back to her creative self gave birth to Vow For Vow on 4^th January 2016. After taking a brief sabbatical from her telecom job, she pursued Image Management & Soft Skills Training.

“I learnt various fundamentals of building an individual’s image with the help of clothing, grooming, communication & etiquette, that I found were closer to what I always wanted to do. The field of image building merged with my corporate experience & along with my educational background in Fashion Technology, Textile Designing topping it up by being an Arts graduate in Sociology, helped me gauge todays social expectations at all levels within an individual as well as an organization in order to come up with latest techniques of grooming upscale personalities,” says Nikita who was later certified as an Image Consultant from Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI), Pune, on completion of her Business Course in Image Management as well as a certified Soft Skills Trainer by the Scottish Qualifications Authority on successful completion of Professional Programme in Soft Skills Training. She’s was NABET accredited and Train The Trainer (TTT) certified too from Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI), Pune.

Merging both her profession as well as experience, Vow For Wow Image Management & Training Solutions is a start-up venture which was founded on 4^th January 2016. It’s a product of 14 years of Nikita’s corporate (Telecom- Vodafone Cellular Ltd., TATA group, BPL Mobile) experience in the field of customer service along with an educational background in Image Management & Soft Skills Training, Image Consulting Business Institute (ICBI) in Pune, Fashion Technology, S.N.D.T. & Textile Designing, Nirmala Niketan in Mumbai. Adding to this, she’s also an Arts Graduate from the Mumbai University with majors in Sociology, which helps her in gauging todays social expectations and to come up with latest techniques of grooming upscale personalities.

Till date Vow for Wow has been guiding individuals to assess, transform and excel their image inside out. Considering the importance of an individual’s time & corporate productivity, we believe in conducting short sessions/trainings of 2-3 hrs and at the same time ensuring that our participants walk out of our sessions with a thinking cap & fruitful learning outcomes. We also conduct open workshops for kids & teens, job freshers, homemakers & women on sabbatical & NGOs on image (personal styling, personal shopping, wardrobe management, closet organisation) & soft skill topics (sales ready, customer service, team building, stress & time management, motivational skills & many more)  & also cater to one on one clients.
